What are the documents required for EAD application assuming that I-485 application is already filed?
At the time of applying for I-485, I didnot intend to apply for EAD.But after seeing a lot of application applied during July 2007, I realised that it may take years to get the Green card.So it is better to have a EAD in case if something happens to my job in the meantime.

Hi Ramba,
What do you mean by "future employment category peoples"?- is not everybody getting employment based GC a "future employment category people"? Or is there anything diffrenet in the way you apply?

We went to SanJose Charcote dr. last saturday. Our appointment was at 3pm. But we went at around 1PM as our daughter has a tutoring class between 2-4. They accepted and let us do at 1:15pm. It is cool and not much croud. There are around 10 FP machines and took about 15 min to finish. Our LUD changed next day on our 485 applications. But check the address one day before the appointment. As it shows 122 charcote dr. inside But outside you would see 5 digit numbers and you would easly miss. Also you will not see USCIS on outside board(it shows as some Application center).

My situation is as under : " My case is in removal proceedings for violating H1b status for 3 months due to laid off situation, i am working on H1b now and my labor is approved and I-140 is pending, now my priority date is become current for I-485 filing", now who will adjudicate my case, INS or EOIR court, where will i file my I-485.
will court close my removal proceedings based on PD current..
i will really really apprecate your help.

I am on H1B in USA and now I am planning to set up a company in India. Will I be violating any laws by doing this.
Can I operate the company from USA and still get payed in India. My clients will be paying my company in India.
Will I have to pay taxes in USA.

You can set up a company in India, while you are on an H1B. Are your clients in the US or India ? India & US have a double taxation treaty. If you get paid in India and keep the funds in India, you dont have to pay US taxes on that income. But you will have to pay taxes in India and report in the US.

As you all know, spouse of a greencard holder does not get any visa.
So the option is to see if H1B visa can be obtained.

She is a derivate on my pending AOS, has a valid EAD/AP. She used to work on H1 and stopped work sometime ago. Does she need to do anything/is she automatically considered to be in AoS status?

What else do you want Bro. Give 30 days time to USCIS to send your card. we, most of us, would me more satisfied just to see the magical words - Current Status: Card production ordered in our case status.
Regarding holding card in physically, have to wait some time. Which should not be more taxing than waiting to see the magical words.
I started calling my friends the same night that I got GC, but back in my mind I was still not sure and thought "whatif USCIS made a mistake" and thought may be I should wait until I get the card.
I have spent coupla nights searching forums what kind of email people get when GC approved. I found most get Approval Email and Card production. I got only one email. I am still not able to believe I got GC. It was like a distant dream few weeks ago.

If you jump to EAD ,you cannot bring ur wife here on dependent visa. You are better off being on H1B till you file I-485 for your wife.

I too got transfer mails in April 2008. TSC to NSC to TSC. But when I last checked at infopass they said its at NSC. In April 2009, my approved I-140 is also transferred from TSC to NSC. Last month when I checked at infopass, they said 140 is in "Transit".
