Anyway, I've found the break apart doodad can be quite hit and miss. I had a picture of some trees for an X-Files stylee website design I was toying around with, and they came out awfully, while some pylons came out even better. Neither were anything too radical, just basically black and white images.

Now I have a question?
My H1 is valid till May 2010 but not stamped. I have AP with me. If I go to India and come back on AP, I will still be on H1 and can even extend beyond 2010. If this is valid, then I think I do not have to get my visa stamped. That will be cool.
I am also planning to do that. I think we can do that but I will clarify with my attorney next week.

I had my FP done at San Jose ASC and It took us around 15 min for the entire process of filling the forms,waiting to be called for FP and doing the actual FP.
The lady asked me to sign on an electronic pad(some people reported that they were asked to write their full name and sign at the bottom) which I did and she gave us some feedback forms to fill out and drop in the suggestion box.
It was easy for me to locate the ASC because i used to commute by Charcot drive to take 87 on my way back home from my old office :)
A friend of mine went without the receipt. Only his wife had the receipt. They printed his receipt right there... Even tho his appnt was a week later they did his FP the same day... he had no problems with the security guard... I guess its just ur luck!

I also see a LUD 11/25 on my both approved I140's EB2/EB3. I have only used EB2 to file 485, so my guess is its a system wide LUD, some maintenance program running.

H1 renewal i can understand but you need not apply for h4 renewal if your wife is working on EAD. Because if she wants to come back on h4, she always can and does not need h4 to be renewed now.
did you check with your attorney, if she absolutely has to do h4 renewal.

Your priority date is Dec 2004, in which case it is presumable that you are aware of immigration laws. I'm sure you know that working for cash is illegal when you are on H4 visa. Then why the hell would you advise someone to do it?
This is a very irresponsible advice you have given. Please refrain from doing it again.
Either you can enrich your skills by joining some short term courses or do small work (like teaching kids/ day care/ dance classes/ singing etc) where in you can earn CASH .................. I am not sure of your background so cannot comment on choices that you have.

My wife's H1 was applied by her Indian company's US office in March 07 and got approved in July 07. She was in India at that time. We got married in July and she came to the US on H4 in Dec 07. Then, she went to Kolkata in Mar 08 (we are from Mumbai region) to get her H1B stamped and got the stamp and started working in Apr 08.
So, if you are returning from US to get a H1B stamp, you can go to any consulate in India.
You can go to Canada or Mexico, but chances are security clearance can delay the process. We did not want to take a chance and chose Inida for stamping.

My situation is as under : " My case is in removal proceedings for violating H1b status for 3 months due to laid off situation, i am working on H1b now and my labor is approved and I-140 is pending, now my priority date is become current for I-485 filing", now who will adjudicate my case, INS or EOIR court, where will i file my I-485.
will court close my removal proceedings based on PD current..
i will really really apprecate your help.
Dont want to futher your suffering but you are hosed. I have a consultant working in our office with a similar situation and he is planning Canada.
I dont think this board has a solution for you. But a real good immigration attorney may do something (and that does not necessarily mean Murthy Or Khanna). Remember you still have a chance until you are in US. Legal or whatever, just run and scan every out you got.
From my common sense understanding the court won't do what you wish.
