Tourist visa is for tourism purpose only. You want advice to misuse the visa ?. 10 year multiple entry visa can be used number of times. But she stays more (like 6 month max) for each visit, after 2 such visit, within a small gap say 2-6 months, there is a chancce to blacklist her and may be allow for 1-2 months I-94, or deny her entry. They are smart to see the intension of people. They look for the pattern of visit.

u can file but u have to join the petition filing employer once u get GC or otherwise it will be fraud.

Iam on L2 and working on my EAD which is expiring on april 29 th 2011.
I have applied for H1 in the 2010 quota but due to my employers mistake i got a rejection on that.
we are trying to reappeal to USCIS but iam not sure if its going to work.
Suppose i have a project and apply again for 2011 quota , can i still continue working even if my EAD expires.
They say that we actually move to H1 on October , so if i apply before end of April through premium processing and get an approval notice before October can i continue working or start work right away or do i have to wait till October.
Is there a possibility to start working immediately as soon as my H1 gets approved or do we have to wait until October in any case.

Hi:
If you are unmarried, then you GC parents can file an 1-130 petition for you right now. Once tthebecome a citizen, you can change the category F-1, and retain the priority date.

Get a "good" lawyer. Someone who knows which tax documents to submit, where you and your wife needs to sign and someone who checks your forms before sending them to USCIS.

May be IV code is already aware and working on this. I think with the nuke deal out of the way, we now have a window of opportunity - may be Q1/Q2 2007 - during which we can try to get USINPAC, India caucus etc. to listen to us and hopefully actually do something.
Once the so called "123 agreement" is finalized and reaches congress for approval, we would again be shut out of any help from USINPAC and others.

It is doubtful that anything other than amnesty would kill this legislation.
There is a serious risk for the Democrats in forcing their members to vote
down an amnesty bill. That would undoubtedly alienate one of their core
voter constituencies.
If the SAVE bill passes, the likely result is that support for legal immigration reform will increase substantially. A number of members of Congress have said that they support legal immigration reform, but first want to see new enforcement measures put into place"

Nothing stops you from changing your employer and submitting another H1 "transfer" with a transfer pending. This is called an anchor transfer. But beware that if the pending transfer is withdrawn by your former employer then USCIS will deny the newer transfer. I read about that somewhere but I don't have the link right now.

I just want to start a thread for folks whose primary applicant is approved but derivative is pending. My case was approved on July 8th, but my wife's case is still pending. Here is the complete list of steps that we have taken.
1) Created an SR on 07/09/2010 (No response yet)
2) InfoPass appointment on (07/16/2010); Reveals that case is pre-adjudicated.
3) Submitted form DHS-7001 (07/19/2010)
Please share your comments, thoughts and experiences on how you dealt with this situation.
